Cleaning
tips for conservation for upholstered furniture in
leather:
- To wash, always uses a cloth humidified in
water and neutral soap, rubbing gently the damaged
area in the direction of the staple fibres of the
leather. Never uses chemical or solvent products for
the laundering, because these can corrode and damage
the leather.
-
For Hydrate, uses liquid petroleum jelly two
times a year, in vaqueta leathers type, using a
humidified cotton, applying especially in the
regions of the leather where can have appeared
"cracks" due drying. After the application of
petroleum jelly, pass a dry flannel to finalise. |
